What type of leadership do we need in the 4th industrial revolution?

We are facing unprecedented change with the 4th industrial revolution. The average life span of Fortune 500 companies has reduced in the last half century from 75 years on average to a mere 15 years. Only 13 percent of workers are said to be passionate about their work.

Do we need a shift in the way leaders manage their employees and performance to match the rapid pace of change that organisations and employees are facing?

Millennials will make up 40 percent of the workforce by 2020, and they don’t want jobs - they want lives! How are organisations set up to manage this challenge of attracting and engaging a workforce that wants leaders to be coaches or mentors and strives for a collective work culture?

Join us on the 26th of February for a lively and engaging discussion with other senior leaders on their viewpoint on the type of leadership that is needed in organisations today.

 Date: 26th February 2020

Time: 8am to 10am

Venue: Tower Club, 9 Raffles Place, Penthouse (62nd Floor), Republic Plaza Tower 1, SG 048619
