In the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), emotional quotient (EQ) supersedes intelligence quotient (IQ), why should leaders develop better EQ and how do they do this?

Physical, digital, and biological systems are converging quickly. While technology can replicate human intelligence, we are still a long way from replicating human emotion. Studies have shown that people with average IQ outperform those with high IQ’s consistently.

What does EQ in leadership mean, and how can leaders get better at this.

Join us on the 21st May for a lively discussion with other senior leaders on their viewpoint.

Date: 21st May 2020
