Laletha Nithiyanandan (Lita) is the founder of the Behavioural Consulting Group. She has extensive business experience in the Asia-pacific region. She and her team actively work with Clients to provide long term, sustainable solutions. Lita is a prominent member of the talent solutions and HR consulting profession as she also heads the Association of Professional Staffing Companies in Asia (APSCo).
Lita is a strategist and an entrepreneur at heart. She is an idea generator as she can see through complex problems to find solutions that are holistic in nature. She is a firm advocate of doing business with a heart. She believes that leaders have a responsibility to make a positive impact on the community at large. She sees doing good business as an important enabler in changing the world for the better.

Jim Illich is a seasoned executive with twenty-five years of experience developing and executing complex, world-class infrastructure projects.
Dr. Perry is the Senior Fellow of The ChildTrauma Academy, a not-for-profit organization based in Houston, TX and adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago.
As Senior Vice President, Joe applies neuroscience principles to the design and delivery of individual and organization improvement programs.
Kintla® is privately-owned and based in San Francisco, CA. The company was established in 2013 by Jim Illich and Dr. Bruce Perry who brought together their interests in improving organizations and expanding the application of neurobehavioral science. In 2014, CEO Bill Redmon joined the company to lead Kintla’s executive coaching practice and to build a team of expert coaches to support our clients. Our team members are experienced in coaching and have a clear understanding of the link between leadership behavior and business success. We understand how to help clients assess their needs for improvement, identify practical ways of improving relevant skills, and develop teams and cultures that drive high performance.
